I have used Fast Care multiple times now , and each time has been flawless. From Ali coming to get me on his day off to make sure I made my appointment that day...to Liqaa helping me load and unload my groceries. Everyone has always been very respectful and professional. They all have gone above and beyond their call of duty to make sure I was accommodated in every way possible. Thank you Fast Care for always making my ride enjoyable!!!

Liqaa was my driver. She was very polite, and her personality was awesome. I was picked up on time and dropped off on time as well. I'll be using them for my weekly trips going forward. Thanks
My first dealing with Fast Care and my last. I had transportation to my podiatrist scheduled with Fast Care and they are anything but “FAST”, the driver lied twice. The first time he told his company that he was 5 minutes away from the house. After almost 20 minutes I called back and my Medicare ride company and they called every phone number they had and couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone for about 10 minutes. Then when she finally did speak to someone the driver told his company that he had pulled into my driveway and tried calling me 3 times and got no answer. That was his second lie, I have a RING Camera system on my front and side doors that look at my driveway from the road up to the front door and my dog that barks her head off as soon as someone pulls in the driveway. Well the RING never went off and the dog never barked and I didn’t get 3 phone calls from anyone during the time he said that he called, so now I have to reschedule my appointment that’s almost two months away.
Driver did not show, though company claims gps showed driver at my home. Daughter and I was sitting in driveway at the time company claimed driver was in front of my house. No street or driveway in front, driver would have come up driveway to side of house. Driver claimed to have called-no recent calls in caller id. I spoke to company representative and said why didn’t the driver call to let me know they were at the house, rep said why should they - duh, to let us know they arrived, if we were in the house. Little confused, driver called or didn’t call, someone needs to get story straight. Also I have a great alarm, my dog barks when a vehicle comes down road before our driveway. Bottom line is I had to cancel an appointment.
The ride to and from my appointment today was stressless, on
comfortable.
I recommend using this server for your transport needs.
The driver was helpful and respectful.
After watching the vehicle run a red light and nearly strike two oncoming vehicles it was very interesting to see how safety would be. I don’t know a thing about the company but one driver make a number of people unsafe.
