I have used Fast Care multiple times now , and each time has been flawless. From Ali coming to get me on his day off to make sure I made my appointment that day...to Liqaa helping me load and unload my groceries. Everyone has always been very respectful and professional. They all have gone above and beyond their call of duty to make sure I was accommodated in every way possible. Thank you Fast Care for always making my ride enjoyable!!!
Not only do I love them for the reasons I've mentioned , but also to find out they are owned by a woman and it's a family business...makes me love them even more !!! ❤️ 💙 💜 💗
Never showed up. Called the number provided by Access 2 Care app and it is the number for this company. I was told I'd need to call the company.. which I did.. which is this one. Had to call Access 2 Care so they knew about the no show and to just cancel the ride.
Genuinely worried if I can even get to my other appointments if this is the reliability of this company and it looks like I'm not the only one with a no show.
Needed a pick up from home to surgery- driver never showed up - so after 17min waiting I tried called the number I was given by Medicaid 5 times and no answer. Now that 3 hours have passed I tried to call the driver number again and the so called manager/owner claimed she had no appointments and that is why she did not pick up the phone on me 3 hours ago. I confirmed this appointment 9 days in advance with Medicaid and was given a trip number. This company “fast care” was not caring nor fast. Since their lack of communication the child will still be in life threatening pain and pray to get treated as soon as possible again! Their system is set up to fail you! Don’t trust these people where they do not even know how to reach answer a call until hours after the surgery should have happened. This place is absolutely the worst!!!
The worst company that has ever taken me to the doctor. The driver showed up 2 hours early and said he had to take me to my appointment 2 hours early because he had to go to another city and I am paralyzed. I went in an electric wheelchair and my appointment ended at 2 pm. Our appointment was at 2 pm. Since I was in a very heavy electric wheelchair, the same car had to come after me. The lady who worked there called at 3 pm and said I would be there very soon. She saw that I was very tired. She called again at 4 pm and said I would be there at 5 pm. I waited until 6:30 pm and all the nurses called on their personal phones and the clinic and did not answer and did not come after me. There were several people who were nurses at the clinic who got me a special car for the paralyzed and helped me get back to my house which was 1 hour away from my doctor, but no one from this company answered the phone. Of course, I will sue them tomorrow. I will not let my rights be wasted like this. And I sit in a wheelchair for 7 hours for no reason and they don't even answer the phone.
My husband was picked up at UVA the day after surgery at 1:15. We reside in Harrisonburg. It’s at most a 1-1/2 hour drive. Driver picked up another passenger. They drove somewhere beyond Winchester and dropped off the second passenger and then headed towards Harrisonburg. My husband arrived home at 5:30. No food, no water. I was told several lies. 1.There had been a wreck and they had to go another way. 2.Driver couldn’t speak English 3. No mobile services available several times. 4. Was in another town close to Harrisonburg which my husband said they were nowhere near. I could go on but am tired of typing. The absolute WORST company. Not know where he was and having to go for a cancer treatment was not a good experience. Both of us are still mentally dealing with this issue.
After watching the vehicle run a red light and nearly strike two oncoming vehicles it was very interesting to see how safety would be. I don’t know a thing about the company but one driver make a number of people unsafe.
