I would like to thank Mr Smith for a job well done. My husband made it to his Medical Imaging appointment on time and with time to spare. While prepping him for a CT scan, he started showing signs of having a seizure. He was quickly rushed to the ER and taken care of there. I had to call Mr Smith and Alex (the driver) to keep them abreast of everything that had transpired. Thinking I would have to find another way home (due to long waits at the ER), they never left me! They have that "No Man Left Behind" attitude. Long story short, my husband was discharged and VIP was there to see us through this ordeal. We were never charged for the extra time as well. KUDOS to you VIP! GOOD JOB!
Everything was perfect. From our initial contact to booking to billing. The day of service arrived and services were exactly as we hoped for. No surprises and a truly polished and professional experience with a delicate family member. Thank you Mr. Smith and Precious for your gracious presence and delivery on an important day for us and our family. I highly recommend and have already shared your contacts with others
Cary and his staff did a great job transporting my sister from Virginia to North Georgia on an over-nighter. The trip was long and difficult but they handled it professionally and courtiously.

My experience was great and on time and they drive very professional and obeys the speed limit....DO NOT!!! Do business with Delancey Jackson, owner of JDs medical transportation in Fredericksburg,va. This guy is very rude, he runs stop lights and stop signs and he drives like a maniac. Stay away from this business. He scared the hell out of me when driving..my false teeth fell out of my mouth... literally!!!
Mr. Smith and his staff are amazing!! I could go on for hours about the kindness and respect this company showed myself and my family. Thank you guys for taking such amazing care of my father ❤️
