    The only reason I put three stars for this company which she deserves five instead of three but I don't want to give the business itself any more credit than is due. Her name started with a c she was a short girl with brown hair and a very beautiful smile. If I'm not mistaken her name was Cassidy correct me if I'm wrong. The owner of this company should be ashamed of his self after the way he spoke with her when she had a concern about a situation. He treated her as an if she was in the wrong when she was not at all. She was doing everything in her will to make sure she could get everybody to their appointments on time. But her boss was the one in the wrong for giving one driver that many people to pick up and make sure they were on time. I do not care if you are Wonder Woman nobody can get that many people to an employment when their appointment is at the same time as the other three people. I would be ashamed to even think of talking to one of my employees the way Shady did. Especially when everybody that rides with her loves her to death including myself, including many friends that I know that use Nemo's and has had her. I am 80 years old and I have seen all different kinds of people in my life. But this is the first time in my whole life I have ever met anyone like Cassidy. She is an angel sent from God. I thank God everyday for her ever since the first time she was my driver. Nobody has ever treated me with kindness as much as she did. And no one has ever cared for me as much as she did and the little time that I rode with her and spoke with her. If this girl decides to ever quit this job or if her boss can't handle his wrongdoings and tries to blame her like he has been doing then this company will go downhill fast I can already see. Because I tell you what me and a few other people that I know if something was to happen to Cassidy you best believe this company would be on my do not list for companies that offer transportation service to and from doctor's appointments. ... and to her boss treat the only good driver you have with a little more respect and try to listen to a situation when she confronts you about something that is going on versus ignoring her and acting like she is in the wrong because she should be able to handle something that you clearly messed up and didn't think ahead of time. Cassidy I love you honey and thank you for being an angel you are such an angel honey

    I had a scheduled surgery they were supposed to transport me to. I woke up at 4 AM to a missed call and missed text from 1:12 AM. Mind you, there was no way for me to be up at that time of morning when I needed to be up at 4 AM to get ready. I texted the driver/company and they never did respond openly, yet “read” showed for each message. He/she finally texted back the crossed fingers emoji after I asked if they would be there on time. I texted them again regarding the crossed fingers… still no open response. I contacted Sentara for assistance. They called with no answer in which the company itself may not have been open, however, that driver's obligation was still there. I don't care what experience someone else had, I'm speaking on mine and I'm not done speaking on it by any means. I called the driver's phone and was sent straight to voicemail. My experience is very unprofessional and a reckless disregard for the next person. I would not recommend them at all and will have them put as a no ride for my children and myself. I don't normally do transportation, but it was surgery so I couldn't drive myself. A first impression is a lasting impression. Summing it up, verification should have taken place yesterday. I have the feeling this driver wasn't showing up either way.

    Nimos is the best! I've used their transportation services for 2 years. They have always been on time. Nimos transportation services are always Very Professional. They care about the clients. Shady is a awesome guy. And my driver Sana was above and beyond hospitable to me

    Our driver today was David Smith. His service was sincerely above & beyond my expectations. His driving skills gwere beyond reproach in every way. We'd been at Ronald McDonald House for a week so my daughter could receive hospital care. We were tired, strung out and weary. David's understanding/ compassionate approach immediately put us at ease. He was genuinely upbeat w/o going overboard and I enjoyed the casual conversation while my daughter slept in the back. We use Medicaid transportation quite a bit and it's rare to experience the level of service David provided. I wish all of our trips could be like today! I even called the owner of the company, Shady Kessam, to share our gratitude for the service and to make sure David received the Kudos he deserves. Shady assured me that all of his drivers are of the same high caliber as David. I honestly find that hard to believe, lol, but if so, he's fortunate to have hired such a reliable crew. I highly recommend Nimos Transportation but will still request David to be our driver if possible in the future I think Shady would be hard pressed to match David's integrity, professionalism & engaging customer service!

    My sister has been using Nimos for several months and we are so happy when Sama picks her up. She is caring and very nice. Always pleasant and friendly.

    Safari is a very respectful and well manner young man,he was ontime and greeted me with a good morning and a smile He made me feel very comfortable,l would recommend the company to any one in need of transportation.

    They never answered the phone and never showed up wasting my time and wasting other people’s time they business so unprofessional
