I literally had the worst day with this company today. I had two females pick me up from my wound care appointment and they were rude and disrespectful my nurse was in the room. They didn't listen to me and the black female with dreadlocks kept getting in my face going back and forth with me creating a unsafe environment while her coworker a lightskin lady was playing nice nasty allowing her to try and belittle me. They take me home two males show up I told them all it takes is two people to transfer me they didn't listen I had to explain myself repeatedly and they ignored me. One guy walked into my house without permission and they said it was protocol for them to do that. Then the light skin lady tried to play victim and say she's trying to help me after ignoring me all day. I had to move myself over to my bed. My blood pressure and anxiety is through the rough. They will come together and say I'm the angry black man when they have been rude and uncaring all day.
Hospital To Home, What A Great Professional Company. Hannah Showed Up Dressed Appropriately, In The Rain, On Time. She Greeted Me, Made Sure That I Was Secure In My Power Wheelchair & Seatbelt. She Even Asked Me What Kind Of Music That I Liked. She Is A Careful, Safe Driver & Eased My Passenger Anxiety. I Wish She Could Transport Me Everytime. She Is An Asset To The Company. I Look Forward To Riding With Her In The Future.
It was super easy to setup, they showed up earlier than expected and treated my wife with exceptional care. We were transporting her to rehab from home.
Marcus was our EMT and Jack was our driver, absolutely amazing customer service. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!! They were early and helped us get on the road as soon as we were able to leave. They were wonderful with my daughter and she felt comfortable with them so I could follow in my car. They drove safely and made sure I was behind them the entire trip. They waited for me before we left and when we got to our destination so I would be with my daughter when she was admitted. (From Williamsburg to CHKD in Norfolf) They even made sure my daughter received a blanket before they left when she got checked into Norfolk. Their hospitality went way beyond what could have been expected.
Driver was very friendly and professional. Great customer service! The van was clean and in good condition. Coming and going, the experience was the best transport service I’ve experienced!
