I’ve been a customer for many years of the Owner of Aerotranscare, before it became Aerotranscare and I can honestly say so many things about the owner he’s Reliable, Professional, most caring business person I know. He keeps you updated on his arrival time unless there’s an emergency, which he definitely notified you on his timing.
Short trips, long trips Aerotranscare is the way to go. I’ve recently had a family of 5 visiting with me I contacted the Owner with date & time upon arrival & Raza made it very comfortable by tracking the flight and landing time of my family. Early departure morning the same trusted him with drop off and on time, with a txt message that everyone has been drop off at the Airport. Never received that kind of assistance and assurance from other Companies. Keep Up The Awesome Work You & Staff Are Doing, You’re Truly Inspiring and Blessed.
Aerotranscare Always The Way To Go More Than A 5 Star
While on a group weekend trip, we unfortunately discovery that there was no Uber service in the Lake Anna (Mineral, VA) area. Aerotranscare made quick work of solving our 7-person transport problem on very short notice! Riz was incredibly responsive, reasonable, reliable, and provided 5-star level detailed communication from beginning to end! We were so very appreciative. They literally saved the day!💝
These guys are great, keep up the good work!...i advise DO NOT use Delancey Jackson owner of JDs medical transportation in Fredericksburg va. This guy is very rude and he drives like a maniac, he runs red lights, he runs stop signs, he also speeds like a bat out of helll! This guy literally made my false teeth came out my mouth. Stay away from all of his services.
We have been using the Aerotranscare's stretcher service for a month to take my husband to his dialysis appointments 3 times a week. They have been kind, patient, and skilled in managing his needs and keeping him comfortable.
This company is so kind and shows such compassion to its clients. They are punctual and very quick to respond to your needs. We give them a 10 out of 10!!!!
