The driver showed up 45 minutes late; the van was filthy with almost no working AC. The van is unsafe; the seat I was sweating in was not secure to the floor; seat learned to the right every time driver turned. Driver stayed on phone during entire ride. A horrible unacceptable experience!
Had an appointment they were supposed to pick me up at 8:00 I was supposed to be somewhere by 1:00 which is 4 hours away 4 and 1/2 5 hours away they were 2 hours late somebody else ended up taking me ain't nothing changed Will give them less than one star if I could

3 years agoI’ve scheduled a ride with them twice and both times they haven’t shown up. Nor would they answer the phone. Not dependable at all!
