I don’t know if they actually ensure their drivers know the law of the road but whoever was driving the red van with plate H532323 tonight 2/28/2025 needs to be taken off the road and put behind a desk immediately. They were swerving all over the road, driving in the middle of a two lane road, and blocking incoming traffic so they can take a left turn in a lane marked with the no left turn arrow. They cut me off so close just to get into a parking lot that I had to swerve up onto the curb to avoid getting hit. There’s no way this was an emergency for the simple fact that they parked spots away from me and headed into the store.
Absolutely terrible. Almost flipped my mom over in the stretcher she was brought home from getting up 4 small front porch steps on top of damaging the stairs themselves. The 2 guys would not speak English to myself or my father. When they got her off the stretcher they damn near threw her on the couch (mother being a barely 100lbs at 5 feet) Very unprofessional and sloppy. Also arrived with a vehicle that obviously was in an accident with half of the door missing. Unbelievable that the VA hospital would ever consider this company.
The first time I used Ali Medical, the driver that was supposed to pick me up to return home never showed up. I had to wait for almost three hours for an acquaintance to leave work and take me home.
The second time I used this service, the driver was very nice, efficient and got me to my appointment exactly on time. The driver for the return trip never showed. I called twice and was assured of a 45 minute wait time each time. I ended up waiting for 2 1/2 hours. The driver that finally showed, didn’t get off her phone from the time I got into the car until we got to the pharmacy, which was closed by the time we finally got there. She was loud and argumentative and didn’t want me to get out of the car until I had signed a paper saying that she had dropped me off at the pharmacy and already taken me home again. I was stranded at the pharmacy for several hours until I managed to beg another acquaintance for a ride home. This company has nothing approaching the service of Veyo and I am genuinely afraid of using it again but I have no choice.
Vehicle was dirty.Seat cushion were coming apart. The Vehicle needed shocks so it was a very bumpie ride. Those companies need to be regulated by state to make sure that the Vehicle are meeting safety standards. People need to be treated better than this.
