We had a wonderful experience with Main Event Partybuses. Sarah provided great customer service and everything was just as she said it would be. Our driver, Todd, called ahead to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. He took us to all of our stops as we requested and got us home safe and sound. We had a blast on the bus! We had a large group of about 30 folks and not one complaint. I would definitely recommend Main Event Partybuses to my friends and I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.
We used Main Event for a Red Eye NYC Trip. Our driver, Shawn was awesome! Showed up with a clean bus and was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have had several passengers state "We want the same bus and driver on the next trip". Thanks for making our trip great. Will definitely recommend and will use them again.
PARTY OF THE YEAR!!! I don't know where to start. Customer service was excellent. Sarah contacted the clubs, worked out special cover charges, placed all guest on the guest list and had the juices and water on the bus as promised. Our driver was Captain Arlin. He was AWESOME!!! The weather was not in our favor, but he got us there and back safe and sound. He had an umbrella and offered to walk us all to the door so that we wouldn't get wet. He was the perfect gentleman. He was on time and his only complaint was our music wasn't loud enough...LOL...we had a BLAST!!! Thank you for making memories that will last a lifetime. Our guests are still talking about it....I can't wait until next time...
I have to say, this was truly an outstanding company to work with. I was very pleased with the entire experience from booking an event with them through the actual night. Our driver, Sean, was fantastic and made everyone on the bus feel comfortable and added to an overall blast of a night. He showed up on time and was waiting for us exactly when we asked him to at each of our destinations.
The actual bus was amazing. The setup worked very well for our group of 12 and everything on the bus was very clean.
I fully plan on utilizing their services again.
Great customer service leading up to the event and execution for the contract period could not have been better. The driver was great, the bus was as advertised, and a good time was had by all. If I were to make any recommendation it would be to have a promotion for a stocked wet bar along with the bus rental. I will use their service again.
