I had the most enjoyable experience riding with your two drivers who transported me to and from my doctor's appointment on Thursday! They showed up on time, very courteous, and professional but yet so personal. Great conversation💯

Edit- I'm reducing the stars from 4 to 1 because the past two times they literally overbooked my diver without warning.
I was told the driver was ten minutes away but when I called the driver directly she quoted 30 minutes. They had her dropping off someone almost an hour away at the same time she was supposed to pick me up for work! What gives? And Why have your dispatcher lie to motivecare about the eta???
Today when my pick up time came and went motivecare couldnt even reach the dispatcher when they no showed.
It literally looked like the same overbooking happened but they didn't wanna deal with it. Unprofessional as heck! Overbooking is a greedy practice and you should be ashamed, especially when I was lied to about eta. Get better dispatchers who understand how far things are or be truthful!
1000 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s! This is the Greatest medical transportation I have ever encountered in 40 yrs. Top notch, you are treated like it’s your own personal car service. All the Drivers are amazingly very professional, kind, caring and go above and beyond. The mini vans are new, extremely clean, top notch…this company cuts no corners. One of the best thing is on the text messages you are sent or on the app, you have an option to contact them. Someone always answers, no robots and always has an answer and goes above and beyond to help you. Say for instance, you get done with your appt early, never a problem to come get you. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Medicaid has sent some shady pajama wearing drivers scrolling on there phone while during. Not this company cuts. All employees have been very clean cut and always very professional in attire. I would love to give a thank you for there pristine service to all the drivers I have had…. ASHLEY(NY)..JOHN (NY)..CECE, MR COOPER ( Happy B-Day 4/16/)..SHEVRON( Hoped I spelled it correctly) and a definite Thank you to Executive Director Sunny. Then to all dispatcher/ call center… a huge thank you for all your courtesy help and due diligence in all your positive help…always.
I always request this company 1st for my daughter and myself. If this company can’t accommodate the trip, I only will go Uber or Lyft…. No other Medical transportation company.
Please believe me when I say this company is the best. I am from California and Las Vegas, my standards have high expectations. This company meets them all and checks all the boxes of First Class Service…. Thank you !
I just watched the driver of car #35 accost an elderly gentleman in a Sam’s Club parking lot for parking near his vehicle. I would never trust a company that hires people that are so unhinged. This grown man was leaning out of his car window to scream at someone for parking in a parking lot. 0/10 would not recommend.
Horrible transportation service, by far the worst I've come across in years .. 1 star is way more than they deserve.. On multiple occasions I've been waiting for over 2 to 3 hours to be picked up.. They don't care at all and will lie to you and tell you they will be there in 15-20 mins and don't come for hours.. I've had to hitch hike in a wheelchair to get home because my feet were so swollen from sitting in the chair all day waiting on them to the point I couldn't handle another minute..If you are booked with them you will see exactly what I'm talking about.. BEWARE and good luck!!
