First of all the number for the business that’s online does NOT work. The driver couldn’t follow simple directions making my Aunt late for appointment. When he finally got there he took her and gave her a NON-WORKING number to call him when she was ready. She was left with no way to get home but I’m not surprised this isn’t the first Incident.
I tried to help her but couldn’t contact anyone because NO ONE HAD A WORKING NUMBER!!! Just in case anyone is reading this and wondering why I didn’t pick her up I’m working. THIS IS POOR, UNACCEPTABLE, UNPLEASANT, SHAMEFUL, UNSATISFYING, CARELESS, LOUSY, BAD BUSINESS AT IT BEST. Needless to say this is nothing new with TOTAL CARE and WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN.
