They have male dispatcher who is has no empathy for obese clients and a negative attitude towards helping people of my sister's size, he keeps telling her worked they can't spare to transport her home, that is not factful..they have extra help just for that kind of emergencies..so our family says stopped judging her needs by her size, very Prejudicial!!! They've had no problems teansporting her before,so it's just you not the company!! Get another profession sir.
I cannot speak for this organization per se, only the two fine individuals under their employment who assisted me after I sustained a traumatic brain injury early on the morning of June 16, 2019. Josh & Caleb transported me from LewisGale Hospital Montgomery to Roanoke Memorial Hospital. They assisted me with great care and professionalism. Their concern extended beyond my physical wellbeing, offering me words of reassurance to keep me calm in a moment when I was deeply distressed. American Medical Response is lucky to have these qualified men working with them to deliver exceptional service to the people of Southwest Virginia. Thank you!
