My elderly mother called there to get a clarification on a few application questions and was treated as a second class citizen not worthy of respect.
The way the female answering the phones spoke to my mother was nothing short of unprofessional, unkind, uncaring, and rude.
I feel positive that this behavior, and treatment of the elderly is not the image you wish to convey to individuals, families, or communities.
Nonetheless, my family and I are Extremely disappointed.
Left my intellectually disabled sister in law outside her place of employment for over an hour before her shift started in a dangerous neighborhood. We are concerned for her safety. We are waiting on a call back from a supervisor and told it would take 2 business days.
