This seems disgusting to me how a company allows this the man who took me had the taxi all dirty with garbage and there was a too unpleasant smell and still asked me to put the address on my phone from where I was going and he still charged me 20 dollars, they should have more hygiene and be more professional because this is disgusting
When using Coastal, both drivers got over in charge me. One driver charged me $7.80 & I gave him $10, but no change back. The second driver I gave $20 for a $7 ride & wasn't honest & kept $10 of the original $13 he had given me.
Do not ever ride with this company. This van was barreling down the highway at over 90mph and pass people using the merge lane on 64W. I then called the company so they could discuss their driver and they acted like the could hear me or could care less. Poor poor service
Now sold to zip taxi. Quick response. I called the day of when my Lyft did not have base access. Mr Foster called back right away after i booked on the automated line, took me in a timely manor from the airport onto base safely. He even let me check in and took me to my building. He then had me run in the building to ensure it was the right one before leaving. Very much appreciated! Great job Mr. Foster; I look forward to seeing you for my ride back the end of the month.
I scheduled a ride nearly a month ago and tried to confirm it this week. I still had this ride in their system. I have been currently waiting for 30 minutes and called every 5 minutes and the recording says they are searching for a driver? Why?
Called Coastal Cab from the airport before boarding my plane after getting my neighbor out of bed to drive me, and decided to check on that now 2 1/2 hrs since l asked for a scheduled ride and still have the same message that they are searching for a driver! REALLY!!!!!
