Since via finally left They have turned a complete 180. And have improved tenfold. Now everything is running beautifully from rides being on time. Most of the time they show up. Right, even when my windows starts!! They Have had vast improvements And I don't feel like I dread taking them anymore. Every time I have used them they have been on time Every time I have used them Since the new coach company got involved I have absolutely no complaints about how the company is being run. Even I had a day where I was going between Norfolk and Virginia Beach. From Hampton. Both Legs of travel when I had to take them. Things ran perfectly. I have had a way easier time getting to events when I have to commute. Across the water to Virginia Beach. I think they've even found enough drivers to where they're not tied to buses anymore and their schedule!! This is what the company should have been and should continue to be. For the disabled. I understand a lot of people were skeptical probably about the new company But they are much better!! I know via left a bitter taste. In everybody's mouths. The driver is definitely seeing a lot more with it. And they definitely know what they're doing now. It is nice to get reps on the phone that can actually speak english And are not outsourced!!thank you hrt and the people who spoke out!!!
This service has become unreliable in the last three months. I was sitting outside my Dr office,calling because my ride was two hours late. The AI voice said your bus is arriving now. There was no Handiride vehicle in sight. This was the third time that day my scheduled ride was delayed or didn't show up.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Very incompetent workers who are rude and don't want to do the job they signed up for. Communication is horrible, they always have the wrong number of passengers. I have nothing nice to say about this company or their workers. None of them are pleasant, always rude.
It is unbearable have a disabled son been having problem with the rides for more then 3 month now
As an example they come late to pick him up while i have put the arrival time at work so we end up dropping him at his work job
Many many times I put the time to be picked up from work at 5:05 to 5:35, but as looking at the app
No sign of tracking his ride , when calling they say oh the ride will be there at 6:20 so we end up go pick him up after he ll be waiting for more the half an hour
This is ridiculous
Something must change
This ride are for people in need so they need to be accurate in time
We do our job and they should provide their accurate services

9 months agoWas supposed to be at appt 8:30 was picked up at 9: 30 no all at all. Return ride was supped to be 2p.m.said would be here at 2:45 was 96 degrees.
