I am very thankful for the service that Shed Roberts provided me. He transported me to my Knee Surgery and waited the entire time to transport me back home. The surgery took 2 hours longer than expected and he never complained and did not expect to be compensated for the additional time. He also made sure that I got back safely, and he help me into my house. The company definitely lives up to its name Service That's Reliable. I highly recommend this company.
Shedrick and his team are fantastic! The vans are extremely clean, the drivers are pleasant and professional, and the pricing is fabulous! I will continue to refer friends and family to him for all of their transportation needs. From commuting to airport drop off and group tours, STR does it all!! 5 stars!
Mr. Shed is now Uncle Shed! I did not feel like a customer, he treated me like family. He is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. As a solo female traveler, I not only felt safe, but protected. Amazing customer service! He brought my bags to and from the door. I have already booked my next ride, because I had such a great experience.
Outstanding transportation service!! Shed (owner) is AMAZING and very prompt and thorough in his service! On the day of my transportation it was raining and not only did he arrive right on time but he met me at my door, took care of all my luggage and then walked me to the vehicle underneath the umbrella. Moving forward I will ALWAYS go with Service That's Reliable!! I arrived at my destination on time and SAFE!!
Service That's Reliable, LLC, is the best! Very Professional, caring and I may say affordable. They took me and my family to NYC and to Orlando Fla. The drivers was very respectful and helpful to my family. We are lifers with STR! Please, give them a chance to win you over!
