If you are looking for caring and Compassionate people to transport loved ones. DO NOT go with the comfort. The woman with the Jamaican accent was down right rude ans crude to my mother. My mother had a stroke. My mother and my daughter both told her not to take a Certain road. The left side of my mother can't be used. Her nerves are firing off. Extremely painful for my mother. So whe. The woman. Took the roads she was asked not to. My mother started to scream out in pain. That woman told my mother not to scream. She is in pain! The woman was asked to slow down. She would speed-up! Going in ans out of traffic like a crazy woman. I reported her to her boss. He didn't care! After speaking with the boss and telling him. She has no business working with anyone with a disability and why. That woman called me to try and justify her actions Towards my mother. When I told her. Their is 0 justification on what she did. I told her about my mother's pain and the increase of pain she caused. How would she like it being g done to her. Her reply. She is always in pain. Okay you have 0 business working with people with disabilities or handicap. I called the owner back. He seemed to be not happy. Yet seeing as my mother was left sitting for 7 hours. The office she was at tried to talk to the man. He was rude to her. So yes I am going to speak with a lawyer on my mother's behalf!
I don't know when people lost their ability to care and be Compassionate, but this communication and these people have 0
I just want to take a moment to thank the transport crew who brought a woman to our hospital to say goodbye to her daughter. From the second they walked through the door, you could feel the urgency—they knew how important it was to get her there in time, and they didn’t waste a moment. But what stood out even more was how kind and compassionate they were. They treated her with such care, you could tell they truly understood the weight of the moment.
Angel Rides came to our rescue late Friday evening. We were stranded and Tim at the office took amazing care to ensure the ride was set up and even stayed on the phone with me till they got there when they took a wrong turn. The pair took wonderful care of my mother every step of the way. Thank you so much!
They transported my elderly mother post stroke. Amazing job. Prompt, efficient, and friendly service. They made it all look easy and took excellent care of my mother. I highly recommend!
I had a great experience with this company....i recommend do not do services with Delancey Jackson, owner of JDs medical transportation in Fredericksburg,va. He is the most unprofessional, arrogant guy ive met. I had to tell the guy please stop running red lights and stop signs and slow down...dam near gave me heart attack.
