I am pretty new to using Boss transport. Both times the gentlemen who arrived to help have been courteous, professional in demeanor, considerate, and very caring. I appreciate that one of them stays until the appointment is over. There is no wait time at the end. I definitely recommend them.

Boss Transport performs valuable services for people who need medical transportation assistance. Kudos to the two drivers who transported me this morning from my residence to a nearby hospital for an outpatient procedure and returned me home this afternoon. Both drivers were very punctual, professional and cordial. I knew I was in the hands of perfectly qualified staffers. The vehicle was very perfectly passenger-friendly. The original reservation was very easy to make and subsequent communication with company management/scheduling was flawless. The rate charged for this service was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time. Knew exactly where I needed to go and how to get there. They were so kind, caring, and helpful. The vehicle was in great condition, neat and clean. The crew treated me as if I were family.
