The worst Transportation in DC area. They let me waiting almost 2 hours. The worst part is, they couldn’t tell me the truth how long I had to wait.I wish I can give them no star.
My mother had an appointment today and this is who the transportation company was. Drivers name was Dominique this lady was unprofessional as any dc person who can’t get a real job. And gets paid biweekly under 1000 bucks every two weeks. But I will be writing the department of healthcare finance. United health care as well as department of aging..
This is the worst transportation ever. They are never on time to take or pick you up for your appointment. United Healthcare insurance should have stayed with Lyft and Uber Rides hare. They now contract with Motorcare Transportatio whuses CPR. Bad idea .
The drivers are RUDE and shouldn’t be driving anything let alone people! One of there drivers just tried to run me and my baby off the road and my oldest son and I then called to report the driver to the owner! And he was just as RUDE AND IGNORANT AS THE DRIVER WHO TRIED TO RUN ME OFF THE ROAD! So I will be filing a police report!!!! Because my dash camera recorded it!
