My dad was recently discharged from rehab & moved to Assisted Living & is currently wheelchair bound. I’ve used DLK transport twice in the past week & they’ve been GREAT!! They are punctual, professional & courteous, they drive safely & made my dad feel both safe & well taken care during his transports. I would Highly recommend this company for any medical transport needs & plan you use them more myself in the future. Thank you to Edwin & team!
I have used this medical ride 2 times 1 time they was late. 2nd time they told me they was going to be 10 minutes late. Then called back and said 35 minutes. I'm in front royal going to luray and good 30 minutes drive. The reason was they was waiting 45 minutes for a lady because she wouldn't come out in the rain. Well guess what. I wasn't about to make my appointments and had to reschedule. And due to that I'm being charged for a cancellation due to it wasn't 48 hours notice. I also called Medicaid. And let them know and when I pull up my app to look at my ride. This company put I WAS A NO SHOW. Even Medicaid said they shouldn't have waited that long for the patient when they have other people to drive. So I have a choice pay cancellation fee and be able to be seen. Or not pay it and keep a roof over my head.
Excellent experience transporting my double amputee Aunt to and from medical appointments. They were polite and timely and exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use them for my Aunt’s transport needs.
The best non-emergency transportation in the DMV , They have great customer service and are always on time and they communicate to us ahead of time if there are ever any issues . They helped take my elderly mother to and from her appointment and were so patient and gentle ! I highly reccomend this service for anyone out there !!

The guy who answered the phone has A1 costumer service, provided me with details and information. Also gave me a great prize! This company is new but operates like they have been in the business for years! Highly recommended.
