I can’t say enough good things about this medical transport service. Specifically, Kenneth and Brendan. They recently helped transport my grandmother, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. They arrived right on time and were not only professional, but also incredibly kind and patient. They made sure my grandmother was comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity throughout the entire trip. What stood out the most was how gentle and attentive they were with her, taking the time to explain each step and ensuring she felt at ease. The vehicle was clean, well-equipped, and clearly designed with patient comfort in mind. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable and compassionate medical transport.
We booked H&M for my mother's doctor appointment, and let me start off with saying Kenneth and Brendan in van 170 were beyond professional and polite and extremely helpful and went above and beyond the whole way. They took very good care of my 78 year old mother as if she was their own!! I couldn't thank them enough and definitely recommend them for anyone looking for top notch nemt services!!
My discharge from the hospital was quick and efficient thanks to the wonderful team at H&M. Especially Kenneth and Brendan
who was able to transfer me onto the stretcher very smoothly! due to my fracture, I was nervous. But they were very kind, professional and courteous! I am very happy with how well they transferred me. As well as how well everything went throughout the entire process, they all went above and beyond! I couldn't thank them enough!! Highly recommend them!!!
The driver was kind and on time. I was not impressed with his driving, when he went over train tracks at almost 20mph and bounced me around in the back. I am coming off knee surgery and obviously sensitive to any motion. Also, the van’s suspension was so old and so much was removed from the back door of van I could hear extreme amounts of road noise. It was not an enjoyable or comfortable ride, at least the driver was kind and courteous. Will not use them again.
Jose and his partner have picked my mother up multiple times and the service is always excellent. They are on time for pickup/drop-off and are great while transferring her from bed to gurney and back. When she has an appointment we always request them because of how superb and amazing they are. 5 stars across the board!
