Jose and his partner have picked my mother up multiple times and the service is always excellent. They are on time for pickup/drop-off and are great while transferring her from bed to gurney and back. When she has an appointment we always request them because of how superb and amazing they are. 5 stars across the board!
On many occasions Premeill Pettway and Mauricio Mejia picks up my wife frequently to/from her doctors’ appointments, which are vital appointments, and it’s never the dreaded feeling of “going to the doctors” but more of the fact she gets to spend time with and have an enjoyable “outing” with Premeill and Mauricio. Their friendly and loving demeanor feels similar to a second family, and gives me a sense of independence, all while putting me at ease that my wife is being WELL TAKEN care of. His/their services, along with H&M’s dependable transportation is truly one of a kind, and I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my wife off with any other company!
I also want to add that Jose Mejia and Tony are top tier drivers who are organized, efficient, prompt, extremely courteous, professional, dependable, and most importantly, they are VERY kind. They also give me a sense of independence, and I know that my wife is safe and taken care of with Jose. She also loves the music that they play for her in the van. Their demeanor is also loving, caring, and they treat her as family. They are truly first class! We have received transportation services for quite sometime via this company and crew, and we honestly don't know what we would do without them! I trust them completely!

H & M Transport is a wonderful transportation company. Very professional, excellent communication and outstanding customer service. We had to utilize them to transport our dad to a doctor appointment. They arrived a little early to make sure we arrived on time due to traffic on this given day. I was in the process of having my dad use the restroom before leaving and they assisted me with getting him to the bedside toilet. J Rene and Christian were the best. They handled our dad with proper care transferring him over to the stretcher and moving him out the house. I highly recommend using H&M Transport J Rene and his team are a blessing.
3/26/25 - Kenneth & Brendan with H&M Transport, (Van#170), picked up my 90 year old Mother and I for several doctor's appointments. They were very professional, extremely patient, arrived timely, handled my bed bound mother with care and kept asking if we were okay during the ride. We have experienced many transport rides, that were not adequate, but after riding with H&M Transport we will be requesting their service monthly. Excellent Service!!
This was a horrible experience! The H&M driver picked up my family member late, and they needed to be seen due to pacemaker issues, which is why he had a cardiology appointment. Instead, the driver took him to an Eye Care Center (whose street name is not even the same)!!!! The eye care center said he did not have an appointment. So, instead of calling me, who was at the cardiologist's office waiting, they returned him to the assisted living home!!! This was a nightmare!!! My family member had cognitive issues, so all the more reason to call family. Will never use them again!
