Joe has been so amazing with my mom. He transported her home from the hospital and back and forth to radiation treatments. He is so kind, so responsive to her needs, punctual and professional. We are so thankful to have found him!
Outstanding professional service!
I take a dozen or more trips to medical appoints a year through my insurance. Seven out of ten trips have been nothing short of nightmarish. I have missed appointments or got there more than an hour late. Some did call ahead of time, saying they were 15 minutes out, only to show up 45 minutes later
I have been fortunate to have Joseph from Kingdom 1st Transportation as my transportation provider on two occasions. Both trips were in the hour and a half to two hour range each way. So I got to spend a good bit of time getting to know him.
With all the previous hellish experiences I had with other provider, it was so refreshing to meet Joseph. He's very professional. Drives safely. Some of the drivers I've had literally scared me to death with their driving.
Joseph was on time, had great communications with me.
If you need transportation to a medical appointment and you want and expect the driver to treat you with respect and care, like you would want someone driving your mother, then reach out to Joseph.

She reported to me that the driver is always on time, courteous, & helpful, which gives them an excellent rating in customer service in my book! I most certainly recommend Kingdom 1st Transportation for transport services!
Used Kingdom 1st transport via my job as a unit coordinator for a long term health facility. The owner Joseph was our driver for the trip. He displayed the utmost professionalism with me and our resident. Transported in a very safe manner and even waited in the parking lot for us even though he wasn’t supposed to, just to ensure we got back at a decent time and there was minimal wait time. Would definitely recommend for insurance paid or private pay transportation. Will continue a working relationship with the company!
I started transportation for my children to and from school when we moved out of the school zone. Joe, the owner/driver, is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend Kingdom 1st for all my transportation needs. Thank you!
