Billing/office staff is rude, condescending, and lazy. After several attempts to help LC get paid by multiples health insurance companies, they insisted that I call the insurance companies and correct the errors that were made on the claims they submitted. One insurance made a partial payment and LC has not recorded the payment. The only reason I know is because I have a copy of my EOB.
LC sent my bill to the collectors instead of correcting their mistake, so they can get paid. They are trying to collect the full amount, as if they didn’t already receive a partial payment.
I was supposed to be picked up at 8pm to be taken to a rehab place. The hospital staff rushed me to be ready on time for them. They never came at 8 so at 8:30 I called and they said they would pick me up at 10pm. That was unexceptional! I had just had a heart attack had 3 bypass surgery. I am in a lot of pain. They claim to be compassionate and caring towards your family member. There has to be a better company out there. This company has a lot of bad complaints and the hospital hired them? I’m thinking they need to hire someone to look into a company they are willing to hired to care for their patients. Paying a company top dollar to treat there patients like 2nd class citizens is unacceptable! Get with it and hire a company that values the business it serves.

Although my insurance adjusted the claim, the company is still pursuing me for the full amount, refusing to communicate with my insurance. Their customer service is unhelpful and unprofessional, and they have even threatened to report the balance to credit bureaus. Patients deserve transparency and fairness, especially in emergencies, but this company provides neither.”
Very professional services 👍....i advise to anyone, DO NOT use Delancey Jackson ower of JDs medical transportation in Fredericksburg va, services. He is arrogant, very rude and he drives like a maniac. He speeds, he runs stop signs, he runs red lights. He literally made my false teeth fell out my mouth and dam near had a heart attack.
I was transported to Henrico Doctors Hospital on July 3rd 2025 from Spotsylvania Regional Hospital by Caitlin and Marissa. I would give you 10 stars for the care and courtesy you showed me. You were with me every minute. I can't thank you enough. I was in a life threatening situation but I am home now and recovering.
