    Was very nice before because they had such good people until they started having some of the worst ever. I don't live in the Warrenton area to always use the town transit so I don't know how the drivers are but the county bus line is I should say it came from the gates of Hell! The driver am experiencing, her name is Kenya. Today my pickup was horrible (7/16/2025) when she came she had her son on the bus. I asked could I sit next to him, Kenya immediately and rudely said "NO" and to sit somewhere else! The bus was crowded but it wasn't full but many had bags and didn't have the space so I had to move to another seat. Kenya has a bad attitude towards me and so now does the bus transit operation. I needed change for two days thus week, the phone operator huffed and puffed over the changes, refusing to change today's drop off to somewhere else, and expects me to walk to my new destination which is two blocks away yet complains because I changed destination when I specifically called the day before to make the change. I have an injury on my right foot and am not supposed to be walking long distances at this time, the county transit refuses to fulfill the destination even after am told to always make changes 24 hours in advance. Am needing to have doctor appointment on Fridays and was being given problem to have my destination on Friday changed to doctor appointment on Fridays because the bus refuses to pick me up on Tuesdays and Thursdays when my actual doctor is able to see me so now am having to see a different doctor now because the bus transit refuses to pick me up on Tuesday and Thursday, which only allows me to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They need to change their attitudes because I was told just last Friday that if it wasn't for us passengers, they not have a paycheck. Kenya needs to change her nasty attitude also because out of all the county bus drivers, she is the nastiest and rudest one of all I have ever encountered. Either change the attitudes or find people who would appreciate they have a job and at least being paid something for their bills.

    Drivers are great have never had an issue with them. The lady who answers the phone has terrible customer service, i have to hold for at least 10 minutes every time i call. makes me not even want to call the place. if i could speak to someone else i would but supposedly she’s the manger…

    At McDonald's yesterday Wednesday July 16th, 2025 waiting for bus driver to come pick up to take me back home 🏡 from Warrenton. Kenya was the driver and she pulled up to pick up but before I could get up from where I was sitting, she pulled off and left didn't even give me not even one minute to come outside to go home 🏡 she only sat there for 5 seconds and drove off. This transit used to be very nice until something blew up which I don't know and understand. I never say or do anything on the bus, so what is the deal with me huh? Don't like you job, got one choice.....QUIT! Nobody wants you attitude.....EVERYONE has RIGHTS to ride public transportation to their destiny. Rudest people I have ever met....Used to be a friendly service until now.

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!! Some of the drivers are just NASTY and treat you HORRIBLE!! I know one person that has really been the most nasty to my children and myself I believe her name is Sarah!! I don't think she should be allowed to work for the public by the way she treats not just my children and I but others I've seen and heard her talk to is just mind blowing!! I wouldn't recommend this option for transportation but I know when there's no other way you really don't have a choice but if you have other options I would suggest you to go with the other❤️ I hope to see new employees sometime in the future God bless each of you❤️

    Never listen to where needed to be picked up, very rude and unprofessional. A girl and her child sitting in our office waiting to be picked up and had to call twice to find out where ride is. Made call in my office yesterday to cancel ride from here. Lady obviously did not listen and if this girl loses her job it will be because of the bus lines not listening and should be responsible for this girl's loss of her job.
