Great service! Highly recommend. Driver was on time, friendly, helpful, and considerate. He found an easy way to get me on my wheelchair and into the van. He took me to my medical appointment and waited for me as long as it took. Thanks again24/7 MedTransport.
The 5 star ratings are deserved. Thomas worked hard and successfully to arrange wheelchair transportation on two consecutive days and with short notice. The driver, Vernon, was very helpful in assisting with the stairs out of an into the house, even when my brother in law was very tired after a long day of appointments. We (the van was able to hold the wheelchair and had two seats for companions) were picked up on time both days. A short phone call to Thomas had Vernon back at the offices to pick us up very quickly.
Medical transport is never inexpensive, but he cost was clearly explained, and very reasonable for the services provided. I highly recommend this company if you need to safely transport someone who is not able to travel without assistance.
Amazing, EXCEPTIONAL service! The two gentlemen who showed up to take me to and from my appointment were incredibly patient, experienced, and able to think through the logistics of getting me in and out of my old, non-ADA compliant building. It was door-to-door service. If ever I need this type of transport again I won't hesitate to call them! Medical transportation is not cheap, but these folks are worth it.
24/7 Med Transport is wonderful! I recommend them for any need with a disabled person. An elderly friend recently had outpatient surgery at Georgetown. While we thought he’d be released in a timely manner, his release was delayed for over an hour. Med Transport waited for us and drove us safely back to his nursing home. Simply the best! The communication and customer service is top notch. They’re always on time and keep me updated throughout the process from pickup to drop off. Their team also takes the time to check in on my family and me to ensure we’re doing well and that their services met our needs. They come prepared with all equipment necessary for safe transportation of my loved ones. Couldn’t recommend 247med transport enough! Will be a customer for life.
