I'd give them 0 stars if I could. First off, the driver said his van "broke down" and he couldn't fulfill trip. Then he called back a few minutes later and said he'd be here at 1:20, which was in 20 minutes at that time. After asking his location at that time, he was an hour away. Then to avoid the no show fine from MotiveCare, he told them he never had my trip on his manifest. Complete joke and dogshit company. Will never use them again!
This place is horrible. They arrived almost 2 hours early to pick up my step daughter. And then the driver had the audacity to walk into our back yard, stood in front of my carport, pull out his pen!s and commences to urinate in my yard. I am so disgusted and disturbed that anyone would think this was ok. If you know you were almost 2 hrs early to pick someone up why wouldn’t you just simply stop at a gas station or restaurant to use their restroom 🤯
This company isn’t professional, my mom had to get transported to VCU and the guy was almost 20 mins late. It was just him working and not a 2nd person. He didn’t know what he was doing and how to put her on the stretcher from the bed with 4 broken bones. Also texting and driving and talking on the phone.
Very disappointed in this experience
