The van this company uses is unsafe. One door can't be opened. Been this way for several years. Don't know how it passes inspection. The driver drives very fast. This transportation company has issues with scheduling (time & distance management). Recently I waited 2 hours with the last communication being the driver was 15 minutes away (when it had already been an hour and 45 minutes).
DANGEROUS AND RECKLESS van driver, this man will eventually kill or seriously injure someone soon. March 07, 2025 at approximately12:15-12:20, older man with gray beard driving this van on I-64 West between Battlefield Blvd and Greenbrier Pkwy, swerving in and out of traffic, crossing multiple lanes, riding bumpers, accelerated to my bumper as we entered the HOV lane, at one point so close to my rear bumper that I couldn't see the vans headlights or license plate. Check his speed as he went through the HOV reader, he was at least at 82mph on my bumper. Upon exiting the HOV lanes just before the I264 interchange he accelerated to well over 90mph in the left lane and cut off multiple cars to continue on I64 West. This vehicle has been reported to VA State Police and VA DOT due to his reckless driving. I would never recommend this transportation company to anyone, hope your insurance is up to date because you will be paying out soon with this type of reckless endangerment.
Y'all done fired someone who performed CPR on a dying human being today. The person who performed CPR today was brave and heroic to immediately jump into action and ethically do the right thing. A person was wrongfully fired today. I believe there a laws here in Virginia around cpr and if you are trained to give cpr, you are bound to not be a bystander and immediately jump in and start saving the person's life until the next person shows up to take over. This is exactly what she did. Any human with compassion and empathy would do this. The driver did what was right and that's what's important here.
Like others it seems, this company only came to my attention after I noticed the reckless speeding and driving I witnessed on the interstate by a gold van bearing the logo at 9:38am this morning in VB. After riding clear up to my tail and swerving when I changed lanes to get out of their way, they careened 4 lanes across to make the split toward Newtown. Well, that's one way to ensure I won't forget your company's name. If its safe transportation you want, don't choose these folks!
They were supposed to show up to transport me for an urgent doctor's appointment. After waiting an hour and a half, most of which was spent on the phone with Modvicare support, they never showed. Now I have to spend a weekend without seeing my doctor and will likely end up in the ER thanks to them.
