Boss Transport performs valuable services for people who need medical transportation assistance. Kudos to the two drivers who transported me this morning from my residence to a nearby hospital for an outpatient procedure and returned me home this afternoon. Both drivers were very punctual, professional and cordial. I knew I was in the hands of perfectly qualified staffers. The vehicle was very perfectly passenger-friendly. The original reservation was very easy to make and subsequent communication with company management/scheduling was flawless. The rate charged for this service was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
Look no further. Boss is the boss of non emergency medical transport. They are responsive in all matters, answer the phone even at 8PM, get it right every time and frankly nice people. Ron our driver is the best. genuinely cares about his customer. Wish this competence and customer service was the norm.
So happy with the service. They were prompt, I forgot my phone in the car, but when I called they took the time to bring it back to me. I was disoriented after surgery, but they brought me home safely. Thank you! I highly recommend this company and service. I also scheduled this less than 48 hrs before I needed this service. Very prompt response to call me back and get my scheduled. Thank you!!!!
I had no special needs beyond getting home safely from a medical procedure while still under the influence of anesthesia. Boss Transport provided that. Reliable, professional and courteous. I will use them again.
