I would like to send a special thank you to Donnell, Shaleek, Maurice and Mr. Wilson. These gentlemen are beyond professional, caring and considerate. My mother was in a bad accident. She is in a facility. These gentlemen transported my mother to a couple of appointments. They were so kind to her. Each person went beyond the call of duty to ensure mom’s safety. They created a wonderful experience for my mother. What is more, they assisted me and the staff at each location to ensure mom was able to obtain the services required at each appointment. I would like these men to continue to transport my mother to her appointments. Mom was very comfortable and enjoyed the transports. I recommend this company!!
This company is great. My daughter is paralyzed and in alot of pain, but yesterday's ride was the best and the gentlemen were really good at handling her. They were on time and I hope to have this company for all of her appointments.

I had my first experience riding with Can I transportation service. The drivers were very friendly and courteous, and practiced good safety standards . When I got ready to return home from my appointment, it was a delay because of the facility’s equipment. They patiently waited to get the problem resolved and even helped the staff to make a bad experience turn out to be a good experience. The transportation van was pleasantly clean and mechanically sound. I had an opportunity to speak with the owner of the company, and was very impressed that we could have an open conversation. Previous companies. I have found lots of times that the owners or supervisors are reluctant to speak with the customers because they are afraid that you will voice a complaint, that they don’t care to deal with. Follow up is very important to me and the owner of Can I embraces feedback. I frequently have to use medical transport services and you can bet that I have Can I Transportation on speed dial for the future.
