I could not depend on this wheelchair transport company to pick me up on time. I often waited in lobbies for them from 30 minutes to 2 hours. It was the last time, the 2 hr wait, that I really saw where this company’s loyalty was. They did not even call my care provider to say they chose to pick someone else up instead of me. My care provider would have come and picked me up without complaint. Malik lied often and Jasmine would play she was not the owner and say she would fix things. The drivers say the company has its problems. I agree. Use other companies at all costs if you need standing rides. It looks like they’re only good for a 1 time use, and that’s if you catch them on a good day.
Anyone who gave them 5 stars did not use them long. They can't keep drivers, they fire the good ones who have a concious, and the driver will take a long haul over your short haul and leave your loved one waiting for 2++ hours if they want to. The owner is a bust. Forget her. She, Jasmine, screens calls. Malik will block you. I just wanted an ETA because I will do the pick up if they can't! Even I know they need the business. I'm their back up, but they don't want that type of relationship. Forget this transport company and suffer a lot less with another. The one star reviews here speak truth!
This company is very unprofessional. While waiting for a patient, they were vaping in the waiting room on campus at the hospital. The hospital is a no tobacco zone so this is quite disappointing. They had to be asked to stop by front desk and still continued vaping after. Shameful
The female owner of Cardinal ambulance is very rude to patient being verbally abused while on a stretcher in a dialysis center by a EMT and was on the employee side. no matter what his wife had informed her of the incident and no feedback was communicated on behalf of patient she could guarantee this wouldn't happen again and then she turned it around like there was not a problem other the female owner and this incident everything ran smooth we were with then for years I stopped the service in fear of my husbands well being because of this incident Client was having a health issue and Emt stayed on phone non caring second. incident when patient kept calling employee said what do you want me to to in a mean voice alot more to add9 .
All the drivers have been very professional and treat my mom with the utmost respect. Even when days or times change they are very willing to change. We are very pleased with their service.
