I’ve used this program for rides on four occasions. All of them were great experiences. Chesterfield County has contracted with two providers: UZURV and Round Trip. I’ve used UZURV. The drivers arrived on time and were very professional. Each one-way trip cost $6.00 and there is no tipping. When scheduling the rides, I reached the call center quickly on two occasions and was on hold for about 10 minutes on the third (but it was also a Friday afternoon). .
My elderly mother uses this services. It is a much needed service but, they are extremely inflexible. If she is not ready when the fan pulls up, within 5 minutes, they leave. They will not blow the horn or anything. Once they leave you, they will NOT come back for you regardless. One time last month, they forgot to pick her up for a return trip. She had to wait at the hair salon for 2 hours for them to have time to come back to get her. Also, my mother lost her card and, even though she gave them her card number and name, they would not sell us any vouchers. They do not work well with the customer at all.
Not a good company to deal with. Their service provider, Owl Transportation, is clueless in regards to logistics. They do not communicate with their customers. The driver will show up at a time outside the arrival window, and leave within 5 minutes without so much as a horn blow or courtesy call. The representatives, particularly Ferguson, are very rude and impolite. This company fails to acknowledge when they make a mistake, and refuses to make a return trip to provide services contracted and PAID for, leaving disabled customers stranded without transportation. I will be contacting the BBC and the State Corporation Commission.
They are not understanding of people that have medical trips that they have to attend they also have cancel my trips for places they said I went that I didn't even when I was in the hospital I had to get my bank to correct money that were taken they are very rude this company does what it wants and it's very rude they tried to do loopholes to find things to cancel you but that's expected with Chesterfield county is involved in anything mobility is the worst service ever I do not recommend it
I visited the site to double check that I had the correct phone number. The staff was very knowledgeable. There were no changes or updates made to give current information.
