11 months agoJarvis and JB were SO NICE to my 93 year old mom. They treated her with such gentleness and kindness. Brought her home from the hospital and made sure she was safely secured, talking to her and telling her what they were doing. And then transferred her to her bed with great care. Thank you for sending these remarkable young men.

9 months agoCoco did an excellent job on customer service. She made an otherwise difficult situation go very smoothly. She made sure drivers were to us in less than 10 minutes. A big contrast from other companies. Coco and Bradshaw/Dauvieh and Jarvis, who did pick up and transport were absolutely great. Highly recommend.

9 months agoGreat first experience using Coastal Ferry today! We found our driver, Jacob, to be prompt and professional. He made the long drive to and from a medical appointment easy and comfortable for our 101-year-old relative. We will definitely contact CF again and will request Jacob as driver.

a year agoKyle and Mike and Jacob and Cam did an amazing job. Kyle saw I was struggling a little bit to breathe and gave me some oxygen. They were all polite and very friendly and professional. .
