NOT RELIABLE!!! They agreed to nearly 3 months of round trips for my husband, 3 days/week. They showed up 3 times and then cancelled day before or did not show up. They don’t even deserve 1 star because there was NO Service!!!
My severely disabled daughter and I were provided van transportation with wheelchair accommodations from our home on the south side of Richmond to a VCU office in Short Pump for a 2pm appointment for my daughter but this service never returned to take us back home. I called, a nice nurse from radiology also called on my behalf. No results. I was told the van broke down and given a # to call that no one ever answered. The VCU office closed but two of the staff refused to leave my daughter and I stranded there. Another staff member called E&R and there was no answer from the same # we’d spoken with moments earlier. The staff made several calls until they found a service to accommodate us with our wheelchair and they waited with us until we were picked up. We didn’t make it home until after 8pm from our 2 pm appointment. I am a 74 year old woman with a non-verbal, wheelchair confined daughter. This was absolutely unacceptable treatment!!!
This company is the worst I will never recommend this company to nobody E&aR medical transport Inc needs to be out of service point blank I will never ride with them or and other company they are working with
