I recently booked this service whilst in the UK for our family trip from Tampa to WDW and back again. Their service was amazing from start to finish. The vehicle we travelled in was superb, spacious, full air conditioning, and even had a trailer for large luggage requirements. I was kept updated regarding pick-up times, and everything went according to plan. I would definitely use this service again and would highly recommend them. Drivers were great. It's absolutely top class.
I cannot give Express Transportation Services any more than 5 Stars, but they deserve many more. I needed transport for 3 surgeries and 3 follow-ups over the course of 8 weeks due to a foot surgery. Bryan, CoCo, Jonathon and Michael went above and beyond EACH TIME to make sure I could safely get down a portable ramp I had regardless of the 0500 time, the rain, etc. I never felt unsafe or worried at all. They were always on time, very pleasant, friendly, professional and very affordable compared to other services.
If ever I need, or know someone that needs Medical Transport, I will recommend Express Transportation Services EVERY time!
