I have never been in such safe and careful hands with a medical transportation company as I have with Fast care LLC. They do not complain or rush your appts. And they are as accommodating as possible with your needs. I highly recommend this transportation company and look forward to riding with Ali again. He was super kind, friendly, careful and listened to my concerns and needs.

The ride to and from my appointment today was stressless, on comfortable. I recommend using this server for your transport needs. The driver was helpful and respectful.

I had a great experience. Very relaxing . Driver was nice and very informative and arrive on schedule time. I Got to my appointment on time and it was cancelled so I call back immediately for pick up and they look for me a ride back right away. They originally told me 45 min wait time for pickup to go back home but they got there quicker in 15 min and it was last min ! The communication was amazing through text and in call. They were polite and the vehicle was clean and there were no smells. They all made my first time experience amazing. Will be using service for the future.

My pickup was scheduled for 7:30.. my appointment was an hour away scheduled at 9am. The driver didn’t arrive until 8:20 and had 3 other passengers in the car so me and my son had no where to sit.. they claimed it was only supposed to be 2 other ppl in the car when I told them it shouldn’t be ANY.. they said they’d go drop off the other people and return in 30 minutes knowing my appointment was scheduled in 30 minutes. They never returned or called back. I had been waiting for that appointment for 6 months. I will never use Medicaid transportation ever again because this company has now made my first experience so traumatizing that I refuse to go through that again.

Ali~ Was a very professional n well manners young man… One of the best drivers: I’ve had in quite sometime!! Hope he’s my driver in future rides I may need.
