H & M Transport is a wonderful transportation company. Very professional, excellent communication and outstanding customer service. We had to utilize them to transport our dad to a doctor appointment. They arrived a little early to make sure we arrived on time due to traffic on this given day. I was in the process of having my dad use the restroom before leaving and they assisted me with getting him to the bedside toilet. J Rene and Christian were the best. They handled our dad with proper care transferring him over to the stretcher and moving him out the house. I highly recommend using H&M Transport J Rene and his team are a blessing.
I used this company once for my mother call from the hospital going to rehab. It was ok but pricy. I made a reservation a week before for my mother going to the Dr. Then my mother ended up in the hospital and the Ally recipient or whoever position she is holding in this company answered the call and was so impolite and very upset of me canceling this trip. They are expensive and bad attitude. If you need transposition use M&M very nice people and handworker. I will not use H&M company not even for free. They have to train this Ally and their employee how to take care of costumer!!!
On my trip to Washington Hospital Center Jose and Tony were awesome. They got me to the hospital and found where I needed to be and made sure I was registered. Then passed me off to the right people. On my retire trip Luis and Domingo were super. They saw that I was upset so they chatted with all the way back to rehab center. They played music to help cheer me up. They picked me up from the procedure room and took back to my bed in rehab. Both trips to and from were great. These four guys were super good and I would definitely be happy to ride with them again.
I would like to thank Max the drive for a 5 star experience. He provided excellent patient care and customer service. He treated my father like he was his own.

3/26/25 - Kenneth & Brendan with H&M Transport, (Van#170), picked up my 90 year old Mother and I for several doctor's appointments. They were very professional, extremely patient, arrived timely, handled my bed bound mother with care and kept asking if we were okay during the ride. We have experienced many transport rides, that were not adequate, but after riding with H&M Transport we will be requesting their service monthly. Excellent Service!!
