NOT a good experience at all. The driver wanted to come a half hour earlier than scheduled (I said No because I wasn't ready); then went to the wrong house and was late; and he did not stay at the medical facility during my procedure, as required. To top it all off, the billing department charged me for an extra hour of waiting time, and has refused to return any of my 4 phone calls to rectify the problem. You have been warned!!
I just wanted to say we had a wonderful experience with Icon Transit LLC. I needed help transporting a family member to and from a location that required a longer drive time. They took amazing care of my brother and even arrived earlier than the scheduled meeting time. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again!
Our experience was exceptional. My elderly mother was nervous about her doctors appointment, and her elderly sister was accompanying her. Being bound to a wheelchair for the first time in your life can be very scary especially for someone incredibly independent. I am so thankful that we used icon transit, it was like our family was giving us a ride. They were kind, gentle, compassionate, and went out of their way to communicate clearly every step along the way. They’re the only company we will use moving forward.
Icon Transit was phenomenal, I was very impressed by their timeliness, professionalism and patience. Icon Transit took me to the airport for a very early flight. They were on time and very nice. They helped me with my suitcases and even offered to help me to my gate. I got to the airport with plenty of time for my flight. Thank you so much Icon! I will definitely be using them again.
I recently booked with Icon Transit for the first time and I was more than happy with the quality of their service! I needed to transport a family member and I was looking for someone who was reliable. A friend of mine recommended them to me, and I will definitely be using their service again!
