A wonderful wonderful family operated transportation company for medical needs. They go above and beyond for the patients they carry back and forth to doctors appointments. And they service ALL needs. And I say this because my parents uses this service. And we be thrilled when we see its “IDEAL TRANSPORTATION” pulling in for the pick up. They are very kind and respectful and ALWAYS on time unlike the other companies we get.
The Owner and operator IDA has done her thing with the most reliable vehicles and the most great employees who drive for the company. Shout out to the drivers Maxine & Tony. Def a 5 star business.
Ideal Ride did an excellent job of communicating with me regarding my Dads pick times for his appointments. The drivers were so courteous and the vehicles were always clean. My Dad told me to request them for all his trips. Let me also say they were on time!
That being said, there wete a few occasions when there were traffic issues on the road, no fault of theirs because traffic accidents happen, BUT THEY ALWAYS communicated!
No company is perfect yer they are close to it! They truly have proven to be like their motto...they have been the ideal way to get my Dad to his appointments.
As a disabled resident in a rural nursing home, I frequently need transportation to medical care an hour away. I am always so relieved to see an Ideal Transportation van outside. And then downright elated to see Maxine or Tony. They are both professional yet friendly and enjoyable to be with. They're excellent safe drivers. I know I am in good hands and I can count on them to return to pick me up in a timely manner. If you frequently use this mode of transportation, you know
that is not always the case and you cherish good people like Maxine and Tony. So much so that I listed Maxine as my sister yesterday Can't say enough good about these fine folks!

a year agoLeft me and my handicapped son stranded in the ER, didn’t bother to call and say transportation was canceled, totally left us there.
