This company is very unprofessional. We have used this company two times and have yet to make it to his appointments on time. One of the appointments the EMTs weren’t able to safely transfer the patient. I would not recommend this company at all. This has caused a serious delay in my family member care.
Says they “care” about their employees but will over work you. They have favorites who get paid more.They will give you bariatric patients with NO lift assist.If you like a job with poor management skills, faulty equipment and want a back injury from lifting bariatric patients then this is the place for you!
This right here should reflect the overall quality of the company they cant even properly maintain their trucks and essentially admitted it with this cute infomercial.

Wonder how OEMS would feel about this?
I’ve never seen such a hard working staff who tried their best to work with everyones schedule stipulations. On top of giving them at least a day of during the week. They were always kind and respectful. Thank you for letting me be part of the family.
Consistently late and very unreliable. Personal are professional. The company overbooks apointments. Dont use if you need to be ontime. Other than prompness 5 stars
