I wouldn’t recommend Jackson Transportation Company to anyone. Out of six appointments I’ve had with them, they’ve messed up five. Every time my insurance books them, something goes wrong.
Today was the worst experience. I called them seven times, and they didn’t pick up once. They claimed they came to pick me up, but their location showed they were on I-95 Highway. Because of them, my doctor canceled my appointment. I have charged by the hospital so many times because of they never show up.
This isn’t the first time they’ve let me down. They always have some excuse—either their car is broken, or they say they’re outside when on the application map they’re actually miles away. It’s just ridiculous. If you want reliable transportation, stay far away from this company.
I had a ride with them yesterday. Very professional, and kind. I love how they call to confirm the trip . I wish I could get them for all my trips. Thanks guys.
Do not listen to the bad reviews. Jackson transportation is amazing. I had to catch a train and my Uber canceled, leaving me scrambling to find a ride within 10 minutes. Jackson Transportation got to me in under 10 minutes and I made my train! And the driver, Ms. Pamela, was so kind and warm and engaging. If I’m ever back in Culpeper, I’ll be calling Jackson!
DON’ T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. We booked this company to pick us up from a wedding. We paid extra for late night pick up. Nine of us were stranded at a wedding venue. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT SHOW UP. We were refunded our money,but we would have rather had the service as it was needed.
I had to let everyone know about the great service I received from Jackson Transportation. My car was dropped off at a repair shop in Culpeper and me not being from that area, didn't know that Uber wasn't going to be an option. Candice made sure I made it to my destination. When my car was ready for pickup, Candice made sure I made it back to the shop in time. I will definitely be using them if I ever need transportation in the Culpeper area!
