I had a very nice female driver. The company sent her an HOUR EARLIER and a HALF than the start of my window. I was so shocked, but my PCA helped me to gather my things and finish packing up to go. I asked her WHY was she so early, her response, "They told me, 'Go ahead and call her to pick her up, she's probably ready anyway." I was like WOW, but it worked out in my favor as far as rush hour traffic. She was a good driver. Honestly, that really shouldn't become a common practice. I was still in the exam room when I got a call from another transport company, I shared that with the driver, and he was kind; then another company did the same thing, I was still being seen by the doctor, this guy was 35 minutes early. The doctor finished in 7 minutes after the driver called me, and that got me home early.
Management is horrible I only seen the supervisor the little short one Darius for only two seconds! They had another manager from a different state to come and train me the vans was all broke down they didn’t have enough an to top it off because of my mom being very ill and the babysitter to my kid they take upon themselves to terminate me because of that!! They don’t care about their staff at all ver inconsiderate and poor management skill along with the pay being horrible while trying to over work your staff!! Come on!! I would never recommend anyone working for this company they only care about themselves and not the welfare of there employees which is why they don’t have much of them left
Drivers are almost all terrible. Watching YouTube with earbuds in instead of paying attention while driving. Happens almost every time. They also rarely wear the required face coverings. Joke of a company.

a year agoWas run off the road by a KTS driver in Hudsonville, MI. She blindly changed lanes as I was passing her on the left lane.
