I had the pleasure of getting to and from my appointment on November 20, 2019 early and with the most amazing drivers. The two young ladies made me feel very comfortable, shared very good and pleasant conversation and their vehicles were CLEAN AND SMELLED FRESH. Unprofessional, always tardy and sometimes, they decide to not complete the pickup without a courtesy call or explanation. If your appointment is at 1400 you need to make the pickup time 1100. This is to give you room to make other short-fused arrangements and be on time for the said appointment.
