Life Care Ambulance Services

Having used other ambulance services in the past, I can say without hesitation that none compared to the level of service your team delivered. From the moment they arrived until the safe completion of the transports, it was clear that every detail was handled with care and precision.

I called on Sunday to get my mom transported to her drs appointment at 230 on Monday, everyone knows if you live or work around the Coeburn va area that they have been working on water lines between Coeburn and Sandy ridge for the past month or so and allows for extra time, they were supposed to be here between 1pm and 1:15 pm they finally arrived at about 1:45so needless to say my mom was late for her appointment and thankfully the drs did see her because she was brought by ambulance but there’s no excuse for them to be that late, I’m very disappointed in the situation, i just want them to understand that most drs aren’t that forgiving and most would have rescheduled her appointment
