Mike and Savannah!!!!!! They went far and beyond for me and my mother!!!!! Savannah is actually pregnant and did everything for my mom!!! And if it wasn't for Mike, my mom would still be downstairs in the cold!!!! I really appreciate you guys SO MUCH!!!!
I recently had surgery at Sentara Norfolk General. Upon discharge I was in need of transportation back home. My planned transportation couldn't accommodate me. The hospital called and arranged transportation for me. LifeCare came to my rescue. They arrived at the estimated time. The drivers were named Ralph and Morgan. Both were very courteous are accommodating. I was transported in a safe manner. They made sure I was in the house safely. Thanks to both of these people.
I reached out to this company this afternoon because I needed an ambulance service to transport my mother-in-law home for Hospice to start handling her care. I was clear that we had to get her home before 5 PM for Hospice. After about 20 minutes on the phone I was cut off and then after about 10 more minutes I was quoted a price and when they finally came on and quoted me a price, I asked to confirm when they could pick her up and they told me 9:00 PM. So I lost about 40 minutes when they knew they couldn't do it by 5. What a waste of valuable time.
this company is rarely on time. Sometimes they show up an hour late which makes me late for my dialysis time. And after I finish dialysis they never show up on time, sometimes as much as four hours. They have some cruise that I absolutely love, but the dispatcher doesn’t seem to be able to handle his workload and this punishes the customers and puts a lot of stress on the crews. They have contracts with several dialysis facilities, ignore this and make your own arrangements with another company.
Whenever they drop a patient off at my work place, they always have a bad attitude and make it difficult for the screener to do their job. There have even been times where one of them will give fake names when asked for screening purposes.
