Live Free Non Emergency Medical Transport is a private pay company located in Smithfield, Virginia. We accept credit cards for services. We do not accept insurance payments at this time. Some insurance companies may reimburse the cost of the service, so we suggest you contact your insurance company for more information. Live Free strives to offer the highest level of customer service. We believe our clients deserves to be transported in a timely manner.
Wheelchair & Ambulatory (Clients up to 265 lbs.) *We cannot accommodate bariatric wheelchairs at this time.
Our Rates:
ONE WAY TRIP
Ambulatory (can walk with assistance) $30 (5 miles included. $3.00 per additional mile)
Wheelchair-standard size $50 (5 miles included. $3.00 per additional mile)
Each additional Passenger: $10
Attendant: $15
We provide Door to Door service for our ambulatory and wheelchair clients. This means we will help you from your front door to the transport vehicle and from the vehicle to the inside of your destination. We will never leave our clients without making sure they are safe and secure. We can get you to your Doctors appointment, Dialysis, Chemotherapy, shopping trip or family event.
