In Colonial Heights on 2/28 and the driver who was driving Van 226 decided that he needed to squeeze in between me and the car ahead of me, and that I needed to be the one to slam on the brakes.I could’ve let him just hit my car and he would’ve been at fault, so I strongly encourage this company to talk to their drivers.
This company was assigned to me for an appt this morning (3/12). Driver called me at 7:29am to say he should be to my home for pickup a lil after 8 but hadn't left as yet. He was double booked and didn't know it. Well, I informed him I couldn't miss the appt as I would've been charged $75 for late cancelation or a no-show. I said that I could be a lil late as he originally told me I should get there around 9:15. Needless to say, I arrived at 9:44!!!! He had to pick up another client in Prince George and dropped that client off in Petersburg.
So fast forward to my return trip home, he was called at 10:32 and arrived within 10 mins for return trip home. About 15 mins into my return trip home, the driver gets a call and we get off the highway to downtown Richmond (an area I was not comfortable with)!!! I was left on the van with no air, had to knock on window twice to get driver attention!! I stated several times that I needed to get home to eat and take med. Was NEVER told what waa go8ng on! Another driver was called to get me home - I live 35-40 mins away. The events of a 4 hr day, mostly spent in the van, was more than anyone should endure! I informed him that I
have several health issues! ALL I heard was "I'm sorry!" REALLY?!?!?! They will NOT be used by me in the future! Canceled service with them for morning appt!!!
Habtemu picked me up early from my home as well as picked me up early from my medical appointment since I had a prearranged pickup time. He is very friendly and I highly recommend him as your driver as well as this company for any medical transportation services you require.
