Thomas and Yusef transported me from Belle Harbour too Obici Hospital and these guys was the best ever. Friendly and know the job too the tea. Good Job Yusef and Thomas
Driver almost caused 3 accidents on 58 going to Obici. Unprofessional couldn't even answer what side of the road you're supposed to pull to when you hear emergency sirens. Stumbling bumbling idiots that work for this company, isn't the same company I know from the early 2000s
Not reliable. Took 2 days for them to finally show up to transport. When they finally did, they didn’t send the proper equipment (which they knew from the day before what was needed) so it delayed discharge even longer and delayed the patient’s admission into hospice care. I asked their dispatch if they could call us when the ambulance was enroute from the hospital to the facility so we could notify the hospice nurse, they refused to call us. When asking for a supervisor, someone got on the line and showed no empathy for the situation and was no help.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
