I deal with this company everyday. This company has the most unprofessional customer service agents I have ever seen in my 40+ years. I must say there is a big difference in quality of service from one location to another(I guess ). If you get one of the ladies that have a strong country accent you are lucky. For me that only happens once in a while. The rest of their reps are complete trash. I have spoken with managers, resolution, even started to document names and times of calls in effort to have the calls reviewed, to no avail. You should have an option on your phone to speak with whatever location has the country girls working. Lls. And please just stop responding to peoples reviews and spend the time reviewing your agents calls. They stuck!!!!!
This is really a half star...My daughter is supposed to have a standing order with a certain company and it gets dropped almost everyday but we don't get a notification about it! We get over a 100 texts when different companies pick up her routes, but none when it is dropped. Then her teacher has to call us and tell us no one has picked her up and we have to drive 45 minutes to get her. Plus the teachers at the school are waiting for us now because she is the last student there! We usually get a phone survey the next day but isn't it odd that we don't get one when they drop the ball and leave my non-verbal daughter stuck at school. They just drop routes when they can get a better paying route.
I wish I could give zero stars (nobody reply to me about how your sorry )this is the most unprofessional company I’ve EVER Encountered I was asked by driver if I was married had to wait 30 to 40 mins pick up even though policy says allow driver 15 mins from pick up time an made to walk from parking lot with two bags a car seat stroller an a 2 year old who likes to elope instead of being dropped off in front of the building I have phone recordings of just how unprofessional these people are considering on taking to media so we can shed some light.
The company will cancel trip if you talk to them upset they will send you on a run around an not answer calls it’s ABSOLUTELY Disgusting.
If I could give -00000.001 TRUST ME, I most certainly would. This place had our patient waiting at our practice for 3 hours and 13 minutes. I called and was first hung up on by the lovely, "Mark"...called back, and he pretended not to have hung up on me. I told him where I was calling from and the situation. He LIED and told me "his driver was on a high speed chase by the police and flew out of the car and was ran over." :/ ...EVEN IF this Did happen. Ummm...call us, maybe? Send another driver? A telegram? A tik tok message. SOMETHING. ...
Mark did not seem to have any compassion for our handicap patient sitting in the lobby for 3 hours.
We ended up calling our pt's caregiver, who then sent a uber to pick him up.
Moral of this post,
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They try to talk you into driving for reimbursement. Well.. here's my experience. Countless hours on the phone being sent from one place to another. Having me re-submit forms MULTIPLE times, including receipts for lodging, and food. Send you a "debit" card to activate with no activation code enclosed..so it's worthless. Plus, setting it up was a horrific mess. Do yourself a favor...have them book your trip and send a cab. Also, have them book your hotel directly, and pay for it. I WILL NEVER use my personal vehicle to drive a family member again for reimbursement from this so called transportation company.
