Never felt so untrustworthy of the busing system like I am today… there is no certainty with them and upper management needs to be replaced with someone who is competent enough to know what going on with their drivers… how in the hell we get to the point where we don’t even know if the bud going to show today or not. bus driver for 143 is the most miserable driver cause how you leave kids who is 10 feet away running towards the bus stop…

Not sure who I keep communicating with on the phone , but she is RUDE with a nasty tone , clearly hates her job , it’s very noticeable when she answers the phone and gives her responses when asked the most simplest questions. I have a special needs child riding on a sub bus so if I’m calling with a concern or question, what’s the need for you to have an attitude ? find a new job if you don’t like the one you have because I will ALWAYS call to express concern when it comes to my baby.
People in the office are RUDE AND NASTY I called and got told " do you have someone to come drive a bus " cause they are short staff then hung up on afterwards . They hire anybody at this point
This place hires the most miserable people to drive our kids around. They are so understaffed that the supervisors have to drive buses.
Their driver Ms hill is the most miserable nasty lady I have ever met who does nothing but prays on little kids. I hate this place and everything it stands for. You can't get nobody to call you back so nothing gets resolved.
