Nova Med is a godsend. They handled my wheelchair transportation needs at a moment's notice with excellent care. I was told I would get a text when they're on their way. I received the text as promised and I am very satisfied with their reliable wheelchair transportation service. Thank you Nova Med! Keep up the great work!
I absolutely would recommend Nova Med Transportation. My father needed a wheelchair assisted vehicle after his recent hip surgery. We live in a rural area and we're having difficulty in finding assistance. The only other services we could find were ridiculously over priced for a relatively short mileage drive. When I called Nova Med they responded immediately, kept in constant communication, and gave us a very reasonable price quote. The driver was on time, polite, and drove responsibly and safe. He remained on-call for the appointment to end and returned within a couple of minutes. If we need wheelchair assistance again we will undoubtedly call Nova Med. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
