While I don't use this service, I was shocked to see how reckless this vehicle was driving this morning. I followed this van through the Silverdale, Minnieville Rd area. They did not stop at any stop signs, and definitely sped through residential areas. I would only hope that if any of my loved ones ever use a service like this that driver is much more responsible and careful.
I used this service to take my husband to the hospital for a hip replacement. They were on time, and the driver was absolutely wonderful. He accompanied my husband into the hospital and stayed with him through the registration process.
However, the transport van was old, with terrible suspension. My husband endured a painful, bumpy ride for over thirty minutes. The driver was apologetic, but that did not mitigate the pain. Additionally, their wheelchair was old and rickety. The driver actually used his hand to brush visible debris from the seat before my husband got into it.
The only reason I let my husband go in this vehicle was that we were really desperate for the surgery, and did not want to be late.
The company claims to have newer, smoother vehicles, but I'm not sure I trust that. It appears to be a small company created on a shoestring using second hand equipment.
They charged me over $4K for a 15 min visit including a simple X-ray on a knee. They kept bullying to pay services that they never performed. The service was extremely unprofessional. This institution is only existing to make money, not to provide health services.
Drivers are unprofessional whipping thru traffic then rolling down windows to say something because you look at them like they can't drive (which they cant)
